The fear of sight loss and the emotional impact that this can have, has been examined through numerous studies.1 We aim to both reduce the risks associated with ophthalmic surgery and preserve vision.
To achieve this, PPDV is developing products for use in cataract surgery and to tackle increasingly common pathologies such as:
- Mild to moderate inflammation of the cornea.
- Bacterial and allergic conjunctivitis.
